Our Story

Zola Zola's journey began with two animal lovers, Bianca and Juliane. When we say we love animals, we mean it. Our passion for animals and commitment to the planet inspired us to create a brand you can trust and a product you can rely on. Balancing full-time leadership roles and Bianca’s pregnancy, we envisioned a world where animals receive the best care with eco-friendly products.

Our idea for dog poo-bags was sparked at the dog park, where people often complained about the free compostable bags from the council—breaking, tearing, and causing messy situations. We knew there had to be a better solution. So, we developed strong, sturdy, and reliable poo-bags to keep your hands clean and your walks stress-free.

Our goal is to make dealing with dog poop a little less crappy. With our dependable compostable poo-bags, you can enjoy more quality time with your furry friends while helping protect the environment.

Since our launch, we've enjoyed an amazing journey, and it's been exciting to see so many people love our super-strong poo-bags.

Meet Bianca
Bianca is a mum to a son and her fur baby Zola. Growing up, she was surrounded by animals, including ducks, hens, rabbits, and racing pigeons, which deepened her love and understanding of animals from a young age. Her love for dogs began when she moved to Adelaide and shared a home with James, who had a lovable Rottweiler called Hans. After moving out, she adopted Zola, who brought incredible joy into her life. Inspired by the bond with her pets, she co-founded Zola Zola to honor this love and create sustainable products.
Meet Juliane
Juliane grew up in a home where animals were family. Her upbringing was a vibrant tapestry of animal companionship, with pets ranging from rabbits to goats. Among many pets, her rescue dog Sir was her best friend for 17 years. Growing up with Sir by her side, Juliane learned the true meaning of loyalty, love, and friendship. Her deep passion for animals, inspired by her diverse and lively upbringing, drives her commitment to making a difference through Zola Zola.
